I have a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology and have been providing individual and couple counselling since 2008 in both agency and private practice settings. I have additional training in CBT, DBT, EFT, trauma therapy including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Critical Incident Response. In 2017, I completed a formal training
course in supervision at the University of Lethbridge and provided clinical supervision to master's
level practicum students, recent graduates fulfilling their registration requirements, and regulated practitioners.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (# 001237) and
meet the C.R.P.O. clinical supervisor requirements. Accountability and professional responsibility are important to me; my clinical and supervision practice is governed by professional practice standards and a code of ethics.
Currently I also work as a staff clinician for an Employee / Family Assistance Program where I provide counselling
services by video conferencing and telephonically.
